Terms & Conditions

2.1 Reservation Requirements

All reservations require a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 to secure your spot. Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received and processed.

2.2 Age Requirements

Participants must be 21 years of age or older. Age verification may be required.

2.3 Group Size Limitations

Group sizes are limited per retreat and specified in each retreat description. Once capacity is reached, no additional participants will be accepted.

3.1 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: $1,000 due at time of booking (non-refundable)
• Final Payment: Due 30 days before retreat departure
• Late Payment: Failure to pay final balance may result in forfeiture of reservation

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. Third-party payment plans may be available through services like Afterpay or Affirm where offered.

3.3 Special Offers

Special offers cannot be combined and are only valid for guests who pay in full at time of booking. Offers are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

4.1 Flight Arrangements

Round-trip flights are not included in any retreat costs. Guests are responsible for arranging and paying for their own flights. We will not pay any ticket fees.

4.2 Airport Transfers

Airport transfer services are included where specified in retreat descriptions. Guests must provide accurate flight information for transfer coordination.

4.3 Travel Documentation

Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documentation for their destination.

5.1 Code of Conduct

This is a peace-centered retreat environment. Negative energy, disruptive behavior, or emotional distress directed at others will not be tolerated. This is a sacred space that is drama-free, gossip-free, and healing-only.

5.2 Consequences

Guests who violate our conduct policy may be asked to leave the retreat without refund. We reserve the right to make this determination to protect the experience and well-being of all participants.

6.1 Health Requirements

Guests should be in reasonable physical condition to participate in retreat activities. Any health conditions or physical limitations must be disclosed during consultation.

6.2 Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended but not included. Guests are responsible for obtaining appropriate coverage for their trip.

6.3 Medical Emergencies

While we provide basic first aid support, guests are responsible for any medical expenses incurred during the retreat, including emergency medical care.

7.1 Travel Risks

Travel inherently involves risks. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk and are responsible for their personal safety and well-being.

7.2 Force Majeure

Travel in Serene is not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to weather, natural disasters, political situations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7.3 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the actions or services of third-party providers including but not limited to airlines, hotels, restaurants, or activity providers.
